I mean she only has one source of damage that's only relevant if shes fed and can get the distance. People just don't know how to play as/against her now and I don't want another new champ to be screwed over because of that. Just wanted yall's thoughts. [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
she deserves a nerf for sure
on pbe right now they nerfed her Q damage and buffed passive+W damage
when was zoe released? because THEY TOOK A FUCKING LONG TIME to do that

She doesn't need to be just nerfed, she needs to be changed. She practically needs a Gameplay Update from the get-go.

A champion being very poorly designed doesn't mean they should be immune to nerfs.
Her champ design would have fit in Season 2, but nowadays there is way too much damage and everyone with a lopsided kit like Zoe's has already gotten reworked out of the game. Nobody who still plays this game wants to learn to play against something with as much concentrated strengths/weaknesses as Zoe (kind of like how nobody wanted to play against release Darius if anyone remembers that)
Personally, she needs to be reworked not just nerfed. Frontloading her damage onto one ability was a stupid idea because if it's slightly too strong, it needs to be nerfed. If it's slightly too weak, it needs to be buffed. She can't really rely on her other abilities for her damage output to balance it out.
I've made zoe go 0-4 in lane meaning she shouldn't one shot people now (stupid me) she bubbles our tank and kills him? it's like katarina you can make her go 0-10 in lane and she will come back but thanks to that little passive nerf she can't now.
She really deserve this nerf that will make her somewhat balanced.
