Champion rework idea: Galio

Galio

The idea behind this is to fix Galio's kit to make him more viable, particularly in the laning phase. The parts of his kit which are kept the same are not listed.

Passive: Runic Skin/charged eyes Galio converts 50% of his total Magic Resistance into Ability Power.

Additionally, every three/two seconds, Galio's attack range is increased by 250 and he deals 15% of his ability power as bonus magic damage.

E (Righteous Gust) The change here would make the ability affect an AOE cone in front of him, rather than in a line. Additionally, enemies hit by righteous gust leave a Jetstream behind them which also provides the same movement speed (similar to nocturne's duskbringer {Q}) Obviously for balance purposes His E scalings would have to be nerfed, and the move speed to teammates would have to be decreased.

The idea behind this nerf is to make Galio a viable midlaner, support, and toplaner, and to add some more use in the early to mid game.

You literally gave him a Rammus passive on top of his current one.

Every 2-3 seconds seems a bit short why not make him ranged then ? :P

(similar to... There are a lot of abilities that feel too similiar already, so I think you shouldn't try to copy another ability and instead focus on something that makes it unique

That said Galio really needs some changes as his role is a bit undefined.
