Champion creation request: A prediction trapper

I just wanted to make a request for a champion who is heavily set on making traps for their opponents using my brain than brawn to get the win. The current trap setters in league don't really worry much about their traps. They are just icing on the cake in the rest of their skills. They either just put them in general locations where people move or just spam them.

I really want a champion who wins through massive preparation with their traps. Unlike Teemo, this champion wouldn't just spam mines, Nidalee who's traps are more just vision mines and Caitlyn who traps are closer to the ones i'm talking about but they are just some added spice for her.

Just wondering if any Rioter of Community members had an idea in their head that could end up being this master planning trapper.
