Zamil is a human with a rocky skin and flames leaking out of the cracks in it, and as he gets angry, he will heat up, melting his skin and burning everything around him. he is a melee mage, similar to kassadin.

Passive: Burning Wrath

Zamil is constantly heated, resulting in every spellcast dealing a small amount of damage around him. Every spellcast also fuels the fire, increasing the damage dealt, up to a maximum. When Burning Wrath is fully stacked, Zamil's next attack will not cost mana, but it will remove a stack from Burning Wrath and Zamil cannot gain any stacks for 5 seconds.

Q: Flaming Fists

Passive: When Zamil has 1 or more stacks of Burning Wrath, his basic attacks will burn enemies, dealing slightly increased damage and applying a small damage over time effect to them. Attacking a burning enemy will refresh the damage over time effect. Active: Zamil rushes forward a small distance and deals damage to the first enemy champion he collides with and applying on hit effects. At the end of the dash, a massive cone of fire is created, burning the ground for 2 seconds, dealing damage to enemies standing in the flames. If the first cast connects with a champion, it can be used again, but it will create a smaller cone of fire at the end of the dash.

W: Spontaneous Combustion

Passive: Whenever Zamil gains a stack of Burning Wrath he will heal himself for a small amount. Active: Zamil channels for half a second while still being able to move, and then creates an explosion in front of him, dealing damage to enemies and slowing them. If Burning Wrath is fully stacked, enemies will be stunned instead.

E: Flowing Flames

Zamil converges into a flow of lava for 1.5 seconds, becoming untargetable and rushing forward. He will leave behind a patch of lava in his trail that lasts for several seconds, dealing damage to enemies standing on it. Reactivating the ability will redirect the flow of lava towards the mouse. Zamil can use abilities while he is in Flowing Flames, but if the damage of them can be applied(for example during the initial dash of Flaming Fists), he will exit Flowing Flames.

R: Burn Up

Zamil charges up for two seconds, while still being able to do everything. After those two seconds expire, zamil explodes in a massive bonfire, setting any enemies caught within the blast on fire for several seconds. Minions and projectiles caught within the initial blast will instantly be destroyed. Zamil will pulse 3 times over 3 seconds with smaller blasts, corresponding with the minimum damage from Burning Wrath. Burning wrath is then reset to 0 stacks and will be unable to gain stacks for 10 seconds.

So the look of the character remind me too much of brand. You might want some rocky looking character but thats exactly brand. Rocky with flames residing out. As for the abilities they are a bit overloaded. The w being able to heal you for landing abilities is a little too much considering that mages in general dont have a lot of healing in one ability. Usually a mage has to do something a little extra for a heal and just landing one ability for a little heal is still too much for lane sustain. Even Ahri has to hit nine things to get her heal and its pretty small at the start of the game. If the look of the character looked more like a warrior with a flaming sword with his arms on fire and the rest of him is clothed in warriors attire and then when you use your e or ultimate then you can change the characters appearance to be of a rocky figure with fire/lava oozing out of him. But still similar to brand. Also with your stacks not sure the max stack is but it is still so similar to brands passive were you stack your blaze on them and it does an extra effect. I like the idea but it needs a little more thought to be less similar to brand.Brand
