rammus is just bad now. I dont understand the changes a few patches ago at all. why take a melee tank champion with a small autoattackrange, turn him into an on-hit autoattacker, reduce his damages and give him a 60% slow on himself and try to make up for it by giving his ult an 8% slow. Why. Just why.
Because Riot hates Rammus and all tanks in general. It's pretty funny that Riot is changing W to 30% self slow instead of 60% and everyone is acting like its a buff. Rammus never used to have any slow on his W at all about 1.5 months ago LOL. What a shlt show.
ok rammus's on hit dmg is ment to increase his jungle efficiency and does it well. he breases through the jungle, a 'little' slow but tolerable. they are buffing his w so that it is only a 30% self slow instead of 60%. which is only a 23% slow with swifties.
also yea his ult is 8% slow... PER HIT so it stacks up. you ult then taunt them, by th etime the taunt ends they ae slowed by 24% at LEAST and it only keeps stacking. up to around 80% slow.. by that time they are most likely dead.
