New Champ Ideas

I always come across some thought of a new champ for league of legends or even draw them up. One I have thought of was a dark magic mime that were to have a pull (rope pull), a switch between champ positions, a skill shot, and an ult that traps someone in the box and reduces all ap and ad damage to the mime making them both still for an allotted time. Another one I was thinking about was someone who holds a big mirror. He would flash people away (like a fear), a hit that shatters a champs defense, a long cool down skill that were to hold the mirror up and bounce whatever projectile attack back towards the enemy in said direction, and an ult that shines up the whole map and gives the team within an area a movement speed buff.
