Content Concept: The Allegiance Pass (WARNING: LONG EXPLANATION)

This is just a concept, and I don't really expect it to come to the game as it would require a whole lot of work from Riot, Its just a nice alternative to waiting for other events, normal pvp and the toxicity of Ranked. I just hope any comments, if any will be constructive and respectful

**Background: ** So I can definitely say that one thing that kept me playing for quite a while was chasing mastery, but as I could never get to that rank 6 with my boy Braum (Thanks Ardent Redemption Meta) I kinda just lost my spark, as ranked can be quite toxic and Aram doesn't award anything post rank 5 for mastery (if it did I'd possibly come back). I've been itching to comeback to league but there are some things that just keep me from doing so, and one day this idea just popped into my head, The Allegiance Pass.

Explanation: The Allegiance Pass is in simple terms, a Fortnite-like Battle Pass, However a major difference is when you buy it. When purchasing it you will be given a choice from a handful of regions around Valoran to pledge your allegiance to (So not to have all regions at once). Each region would be represented by a champion of that Region (Ex: Demacia: Garen, Noxus: Sion, Bildgewater: Miss Fortune, etc etc). Choosing your region gives you a skin for that champion as well as the ability to vote for the next champ for that region when it returns in the future. It wouldn't look like much, but as you leveled your pass you'd see your skin evolve starting a skin looking as low as 750 RP where when you get to the end of the 50 (maybe 100) ranks it would be its own rarity borderline 3150 RP looking skin (or whatever ultimates go for). These could also have themes and could Alter roles going from Tank to Bruiser to Mage to Assassin to Marksman to Support.

The reason I came up with this system is that from what I've seen when I used to play was either someone flashing their mastery 5-8 medal when getting a kill or showing off their Victorious skin, were both earned? Most Likely! However I'm curious to know how much toxicity they'd gone through to get those rewards. Speaking of the rewards

Rewards: Would the Allegiance skin be the only thing to earn in this pass? no, no and NO. There would be so much more! You'd get champ shards, skin shards, icons, emotes, Blue Essance Boosters, even some orange essence, quite possibly even secret rewards for completing rare missions (things like Gemstones) as well as the upgrades for your allegiance skin. These would be earned through the challenges given on the Challenge list.

Challenge List: So each to get points in order to level up your pass, you'd have to do some challenges. Now, with these challenges it does not matter which map you're on. Summoner's Rift? Get to it! Howling Abyss? Cold, but effective! The point of this pass is try and not be restrictive but to be fun (as fun as you can get). These Challenges, based on their difficulty could have a daily to weekly time limit. I mean you could pay $750 to skip some ranks but where'd the fun there be? These could range from the following (these are just examples)

Get 5+ kills with a specific, non-support class (could be in a single match sometimes) Get 10+ Assists with non support class (but support classes would give you a better bonus, this might also be in a single match) Destroy or help destroy X amount of Towers Get to Mastery Rank 1-5 (it would specify) as a specific class. It wouldn't include ranks 6-8 (as, if I remember correctly, can be harder for many people than for others) and many others

In conclusion, I've seen the success that these passes can have and how fun the challenges can be and I just felt that perhaps League could incorporate something like this into its development. I do not, I really don't expect this to ever make it into the game (if it did I'd jump back in happily). It was honestly just a thought I had in my head that I wanted to get out.
