Pulsefire: The Carnage Machine

Attributes: Carry, ranged

Abilities Innate: Pulsefire’s auto attacks also deal 20% damage to nearby enemies OR Pulsfire’s auto attacks deal damage to all enemies in a line

Q: Green Clean Machine (Cell Charge) Passive: increases pulsfire’s mana and health regeneration by 1/2/3/4/5 per 5 Active: Pulsefire heals a small amount and recovers a small amount of mana

W: Tectonic Beam Pulsefire fires his lazer into the ground causing it to rupture in a line. All enemies in that line are knocked up and dealt damage (+% AP).

E: Overclock Pulsefire runs in overdrive to increase his attack speed and cause his attacks to deal bonus magic damage (+% AP)

R: Parting Shot Pulsefire empties his mana pool and deals physical damage (+% AD) to all enemies in a long line. Half of the emptied mana increases the damage of the blast, and the other half creates a shield for Pulsefire

Seems like a nice concept I'll love to see a champion that works like this. The ult seems very unique and so does the Q.

I try to come up with unique ideas for at least one ability for each champion I make up. I've got several others if you want to check them out.
