Owner, proprietress and singer at the ritzy Noxian nightclub “The Black Rose,” LeBlanc’s taste for glamour and intrigue made her a natural fit for the higher end of organized crime. Rarely dirtying her own hands, LeBlanc’s operation serves as a front for the syndicate she deftly and ruthlessly puppeteers, as well as a headquarters where the mafiosa matriarch is guaranteed a private audience with both guests and victims alike.

Hey everyone! I wanted to share a concept I made for a new LeBlanc skin! I think LeBlanc's established character fantasy of political intrigue and assassination lends itself perfectly to an alternate fantasy as the head of LoL's organized crime syndicate.

This skin was inspired by the mystery woman in the Knockout Lee Sin splash art!

The idea sprang from reimagining "The Black Rose" as a speakeasy lounge, and sort of evolved from there.

In my mind the skin will be along the lines of Star Guardian Lux, featuring new sound effects, VO, and maybe some fresh animations! I'd like for her recall (or maybe even a dance replacement like Mafia Jinx's) to feature her humming a jazzy rendition of a song from the LoL Soundtrack, randomly selected from a repertoire of about 3 or 4! I'd like to get to work on a splash art soon featuring the entire Mafia skin line, drinking and conducting business inside the Black Rose. Kingpin Twitch isn't allowed inside C:

I like this - it's really cool :D Is that a genuine Poro King stole over her shoulders? Scandalous!

While I love the dress silhouette, is that geometric styling correct for the inspirational era? It seems far more structural and modern than I'd expect from the roaring 20s. Not to say that Runeterra wouldn't have its own version, but it seems so different to the opera gloves and fur cape suggestion.

(This is where someone links an utterly stunning 20s dress that's more modern looking than I'd ever expect. Probably from Dior . )

OP, this is flawless. My only criticisms are a matter of taste:

  • The hat looks like a stewardess
  • The Beehive didn't come into fashion until the late 1950s
  • 20s makeup trends were for dark or bright red lips
  • Bleached platinum blonde finger wave is an iconic 20s hairstyle

im in love with this concept, she reminds me vaguely of eliza from SG (significantly less sexualized tho) i love the black and red color scheme version in the middle too. A+

any ideas for cool particles? it'd be cool if like her sigil of malice mark looked like a neon light sign for the black rose or something swanky like that!

Omg YES! I love this skin's look. It fits in with the mafia skins that Twitch Graves Jinx have.

This is probably the best fan-made skin I've seen on the boards... Although it's a shame riot rarely takes a concept other than their own and brings it to life. Lets hope it changes here..

This is pretty awesome. Wondering if this could work as a set with the rest of The Black Rose Swain Elise Vladimir somehow. Vladimir in particular needs differently themed skins Imo.

I don't get this criticizing of the era/ time frame inspiration for certain aspects of this skin and the skin's dress. I mean this is a character from Runterra a completely different world from ours, our eras do not correspond at all. So i don't see the point of saying that different parts of this skin are coming from different eras, we dont know how the exact set of of fashion changes arranged themselves on another world.

also i feel like her hat should be more fluffy, like the same material as her stole
