Third party skins would be out of the question? Liiiike , Eric Cartman Gragas , Kenny McCormick Jax, Sephiroth Yasuo.... but seriously the South Park ones. Just sort of wondering why this hasn't been done . Feel free to post any third party skin ideas you think would be cool! lol

Yes they would be cool but they would make no sense and not fit into the game. Also why would they go through all the trouble of getting the rights to use this. The only thing close to this they've done was champion skins that look like batman enemies but even that is hard to justify.
