Cart Character

What if there was a character who was in a cart, and his/her kit revolved around things with the cart. The move set would have a wide variety of options. But one concept I have specifically in mind is an Ability, possibly an Ultimate, that has the character or cart shoot a beam or gun of some sort that propels his/her car a direction opposite of where the character shot. Kind of like a graves ultimate, except it would be more than one shot, it could be used for mobility, or damage.
