There should be an ability where it does more damage the more precise you are, for example if you hit an enemy with chogaths Q it would do much more damage if you landed it on them with the center of it, and less damage if you hit it with the outskirts of the circle. Another example is with something like an Illaoi Q and if you hit them with the middle part of her Q, it would do much more damage than if you hit them with the edge of the Q.
