Item Idea

Since it seems like mages aren't exactly having the times of their lives lately, I came up with an idea for a very uninspired item. Since AD champs have Black Cleaver to shred lots of armor if you hit people many times in succession, wouldn't it be kinda cool to have something similar for AD? Something that provides a few tanky stats while rewarding hitting combos with a lot of magic. pen. I haven't thought about it too much, so any criticism would be welcome and useful.
