Game mode concept: Nemesis ARURF

First time posting, but been thinking about this idea for a while now and wanted to share and see what people thought.

Basically the game mode is URF with a few changes to draft to address some of the issues that both normal and ARURF have. The draft phase would admittedly be a bit complex and that may lead to some unhealthy dodge frequency (but there's a lot of that with ARURF anyway).

So here are the draft rules:

Phase 1 - BAN: Each player chooses one champ to ban. [Total bans - 10 CHAMPS]

Phase 2 - DRAFT: Each player picks 2 champs to create a random pool for both the enemy team AND their own team. [Draw pool - 20 CHAMPS]

--- here I'm not sure if it should just be 1 pick each or 2 picks. 2 picks creates a pool of 20 to choose from which gives some randomness, which I like, but would lead to a long pick phase --- the reason for this pick phase is to force some interesting decision making. Do I pick terrible URF champs and hope that the enemy team gets stuck with them or do I pick a god tier URF champ and cross my fingers my team gets it.

Phase 3: ROLL: Each person is assigned a random champion from the merged pool created by both team's picks in phase 2.

Phase 4: TRADE: Standard trade phase for trades within your team.

What I really like about the concept is that I puts a lot of strategy up front that's more than just "I'm going to pick the most broken champion and hard carry." ARURF is a good attempt but often leads you with getting some champs that are really no fun to play in URF. For every ARURF game you get to play as an assassin, you'll have ones playing Aurelion who is boring af on URF.

It kind of is a kitchen sink solution, but I feel each component of draft services a purpose and offers interesting decisions. Ban allows you to either get rid of the really OP champs (at expense of you not getting a chance to play them) or get rid of the boring champs that aren't fun. Draft/Roll together offer an interesting take on Nemesis draft and creates interesting decisions. Nemesis draft alone is one of the most unsatisfying ideas ever and just leads to trolling; but coupled with randomness and the possibility that you could end up trolling yourself offers something I think would be fun.

I can see this semi-random draft concept creating a game mode that only ever sees the same 20-30 champions ever getting drawn but, with modes like Blood Moon coming out that have limited champ pools, why not allow URF to be dominated by a select few champs.

What do you guys think? Would you guys have fun with this or is it too complicated?
