[Client] Random Crashes Post Match and Champ Select

Description: More or less the title, I keep getting random crashes during either champ select or right after finishing a game but before getting the post game screen. Never any crashes in game and I never get a bug splat. It just complete closes out the app. It's really annoying because I keep getting hit be LeaveBusters and there doesn't seem anything I can do to prevent it. Tried a full repair and a clean install.
