Howl (the moving castle)
Lore: Howl is a moving castle brought to life to defend the border of Demacia, he was created by Sophie a student of Durand to continue his work. Howl was given his name in remembrance of her master as he was assassinated in the Howling Marsh (I know it’s a stretch just trying to make it work). His creator has long since passed on but howl continues to roam the borders of Demacia building up its defenses and protecting it from outside threats.
Base and Leveling Stats

Passive – Magnetism
Any enemy target within 800 range of Howl is slowed by 35 movement speed.
Q – Defensive perimeter
TLDR: Creates towers that can link together.
After one second Howl builds a turret at target location each attack by the turret deals damage equal to howl’s current base attack damage plus (70% AP) Each tower within 600 range of one another become linked, linked turrets can all attack on their own but when one turret is able to attack but another that is linked with it is unable to attack it passes on 20% of its attack damage to the next turret that can attack. (this also works with longer lines, Ex. If there is a tower and two turrets linked in a line and only the final turret can attack the final turret would gain 20% of the first turrets attack damage as a bonus to its own as well as 4%[20%X20%] of the towers damage. Howl can have 1/2/3/4/5 towers out at a time.
W – Disassemble
Howl channels target (100 range away) enemy structure (or his own turret built from his Q) causing the structure to stop attacking for 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds and dealing true damage based on 2% of Howls maximum health every 0.5 seconds.
E – Cacophony
Howl roars, dealing magic damage: 75 / 125 / 175 / 225 / 275 (+ 70% AP) and stuns all enemies in a 60º cone area in front of him for 0.4/0.8/1.2/1.6/2 seconds.
R – Gravitational Pull
Passive: Howl is now a moving tower as well forming a link with any nearby turrets or towers.
Active: for 5 seconds any/all enemy targets that use a dash, flash, jump, ect. Within 1300 range of Howl are pulled to him and silenced for 1 second.
