Changes to Nocture's E
So currently Nocturne is a very lackluster jungler in comparison to many others, so I would suggest this change to his E to increase his team fight potential while weakening his dueling ability.
Unspeakable Horror: Range 500 COST: 60 / 65 / 70 / 75 / 80 mana COOLDOWN: 15 / 14 / 13 / 12 / 11
Passive: Nocturne gains massively increased movement speed when moving toward Fear icon fleeing targets.
_**Active: Nocturne channels nightmares for 2 seconds during this time he can use all abilities but cannot auto attack (channel duration reduced to 1 second if on dusk trail). dealing magic damage when the channel ends, targets within 500-range of Nocturne turns and Fear icon flees from him for a short duration.
Magic damage: 75 / 100 / 125 / 150 / 175 (+ 80% AP) Flee: 0.5 / 0.75 / 1 / 1.25 / 1.5**_
I think this would work very well in team fights, and much better for ganks with his ult to improve kill potential, while weakening his dueling ability by decreasing his fear time and damage on a single target, while also forcing him to stop attacking while channeling this ability. Let me know what you think (changes to the skill are in Italics).
I also couldn't find a good win/loss ratio for him tried using this http://lolmatches.com/championstats/ site but the sample size just seemed far to small to be relevant...so any help on that would also be great, thanks.
