Zed Chroma Where?

Just wondering when the Zed chroma is going to be released as it was put on pbe on 5.13(?). Zed still only has one available skin and now the chroma is being delayed again.

Need a pbe player to see if it's available on store or no :/. Hope they delaying him to 5.16 with a new skin. I cant imagine that it takes THAT long to fix VFX issues.

I hope one of the chromas is green zed. I want to blend into the grass.
