[Champion Concept] - Kelrath: The Contract Killer

A champion concept I had laying around. I more than likely will not finish it with lore because I'm utter garbage at writing narrative.

Kelrath - The Contract Killer

Passive: Sanguine and Nightshade - Left handed attacks rend enemies applying a stack of Sanguine to the target and Right handed attacks poison enemies applying a stack of Nightshade to the target.

  • Sanguine - Deals (3/6/9/12/15 + 30% bonus AD) (Half damage to monsters) physical damage over 5 seconds to the target per stack for 5 seconds. Sanguine can only stack up to five times.

  • Nightshade - Deals (3/6/9/12/15 + 30% AP) (Half damage to monsters) magic damage over 5 seconds to the target per stack for 5 seconds. Nightshade can only stack up to five times.The fifth stack of Nightshade detonates the stacks dealing (15/30/45/60/75 + 150% AP)(100/150/200/250/300 damage to monsters) magic damage. Nightshade stacks cannot be applied to the target again for 10 seconds

Q: Grapple Gun - Kelrath fires his grapple gun. If an enemy champion is hit he pulls himself to the champion’s location. If terrain is hit he pulls himself forward and is refunded 50% of the mana cost and cooldown. Grapple Gun gains an additional charge at maximum rank.

 Mana Cost: 50/65/80/95/110 Cooldown: 24/20/16/12/8 seconds Range: 900 units Width: (Similar to Blitz Q)

W: Precision Strikes - Kelrath enters a focused frenzy gaining (15/30/45/60/75%) bonus attack speed and swings his blades simultaneously for 5 seconds.

 Mana Cost: 40 (Flat) Cooldown: 15/14/13/12/11 seconds

E: Knife Toss - Kelrath’s knives match the last stack that was applied to a target and apply on hit effects. Kelrath gains a knife every (7/6/5/4/3) seconds and is capped at (4/5/6/7/8) knives.

Kelrath throws a knife in a line dealing (25/60/95/130/165 (+30% bonus AD) physical damage to the first enemy it hits or (25/60/95/130/165 (+30% AP) magic damage to the first enemy it hits.

 Mana Cost (Per Knife): 50 Cooldown (Between throws): 3 seconds Range: 1000 Width: Narrow (Similar to Ahri Charm/Nid Q)

R: Mad Dash

  • Active: First Cast - Kelrath begins channeling and is rooted increasing the range of Devastating Dash over 3 seconds

  • Second Cast - Kelrath dashes through units and terrain in a straight line dealing (100/200/300 (+40% bonus AD) (+60% bonus AP)) magic damage dealing 10% less damage to each subsequent target hit, down to a minimum of 20% damage dealt and applies a stack of Nightshade and Sanguine to each enemy hit.

  • Passive:

  • Sharpened Blade - The fifth stack of Sanguine makes Knife Toss deal an additional (13/30/48/65/83 (+15% bonus AD)) or (13/30/48/65/83 (15% AP)) 0.5 seconds after the initial hit.

  • And A Vial of Venom - The fifth stack of Nightshade also silences the target upon detonation for 1/2/3 seconds.

Mana Cost: 100/150/200 Cooldown (active): 200/150/100 seconds Range (Max): 2000/2500/3000 Width: Wide (Like Ezreal Ult)
