ABILITIES

Passive The Golden Phantasm Being an avatar of fantasy and imagination, you can affect minds of nearby creatures, appearing to them as a perfect being. When you stay nearby champions, you slowly tether to them over 6 sec. Tethered to friendly champions, share 30% of you passive health and mana regeneration with these champions. Tethered to enemy champions, take 10% less damage from these champions. If champions move out of rage of this ability, tether will brake. (range: 650)

Q Dream Cannon There is many forms of dreams, some of them can be harmful, some of them can be helpful. Release a beam of dream energies, dealing 60/85/110/135/160 (0.4 ability power) magic damage to all enemies in a line. Other friendly champions, touched by this ability, who are affected by you Golden Phantasm, will gain 30/35/40/45/50% bonus attacks speed for 2.5 sec. Enemy champions, touched by this ability, who are affected by your Golden Phantasm, will get their movement speed reduced by 25/30/35/40/45% for 2 sec. If this ability encounters your balde from Dangerous Wonder, then it will bounce from it towards your current location and its travel range will be reset. So, this ability can hit same champion up to 2 times, refreshing buff on friendly champions and debuff on enemy champions. (range: 600) (cooldown: 8 sec) (mana cost: 60/65/70/75/80)

W Living Clouds Being ultimate creation of the mind, you can create creation of your own. Release 3 smart missiles towards targeted direction. If there is enemy or friendly champions in front of them, affected by your Golden Phantasm, these missiles will home at them, following these champions until they connect or missile moves beyond maximum range. Only one missile can hit and follow one champion. Friendly champions, who get hit, will be healed for 60/90/120/150/180 (0.35 ability power) health. Enemy champions, who get hit, will take 75/100/125/150/175 (0.55 ability power) magic damage. Also, refresh all slow effects you had applied on hit enemy champion. As these missiles move, they lose power, losing 10% of power for every 200 units they traveled, up to 50% less power. (normal range: 600) (maximum homing range: 1000) (cooldown: 18/16/14/12/10 sec) (mana cost: 65/70/75/80/85)

E Dangerous Wonder Imagination creates tools of peace and engines of war. Throw one of your blades into targeted area. When it lands, it will remain in that area for up 5 sec before returning to you. When it lands, it roots nearby enemies in place for 1.5 sec. While it remain in the ground, it will emit damaging aura, dealing 20/30/40/50/60 (0.3 ability power) magic damage to nearby enemies. However, while it remains in the ground, your attacks speed will be reduced by 50%. While your blade is in the ground, you can reactivate this ability again, causing the blade to return to you. Enemy champions, who get rooted, who are affected by Golden Phantasm, will also be stunned for 0.75 sec after root wears off. Other friendly champions, who are in the area of aura, who are affected by Golden Phantasm, will get their magic resist increased by 12/14/16/18/20. Cooldown of this ability starts when you retrieve the blade. (range: 750) (range of root: 125) (range of aura: 250) (cooldown: 14 sec) (mana cost: 60/65/70/75/80) (reactivation mana cost: 25)

R Impossible Made Possible Nothing is impossible to you and noone can restrain you. Become immaterial and unstoppable for 2 sec. While in this form, you are immune to all forms of crowd control, you can move though units, walls and structures. When this form expires, you will release a nova of energy, dealing 200/275/350 (0.7 ability power) magic damage to nearby enemies and healing other nearby friendly champions for 140/180/220 (0.45 ability power) health. This nova will also trigger if you die in this form. Using this ability will instantly tether (Golden Phantasm) you with all nearby champions in range of your Golden Phantasm. This ability can be used while you are suffering from a crowd control effect and that effect will be instantly removed (except airborn). Cooldown of this ability starts when you exit this form. For the record, sticking within 650 units of an enemy for an uninterrupted 6 seconds can be a very difficult thing unless you're fighting top-lane vs an immobile champion.

Thoughts:

Passive - Interesting concept, actually, though the enemy debuff is a bit too strong. One of Urgot's major balance issues is his own passive, which reduces the damage dealt by enemies he damages by 15%.

Maybe make it so the passive only lasts for a duration on enemies? It kinda stands to reason that allies would be more likely to keep seeing √-1 as a legendary being, while enemies would "snap out of it". It would also make a more clear window to attack for him.

Q - I like it :) Attack speed might be a BIT too high, maybe knock it down to 30-50% based on rank, and the slow is actually a bit weak, maybe bring it up to 40% or even let it scale with rank. The bouncing mechanic is interesting, no other "boomerang" skill boomerangs back selectively. My only suggestion is maybe to change the damage to 60-160 with 40% AP scaling.

W - Out of curiosity, how do the missiles behave if they don't find any marked targets? Do they just hit and applies their effects appropriately to the first thing they touch? Another neat ability and I like the way it interacts with his last, giving him an interesting harass combo. Mana cost is actually pretty high for what this ability does, I'd suggest making the base lower and having it scale up to 85-90. Healing skills as a rule shouldn't be spammable, so make sure it's not TOO cheap though.

The power loss over distance probably isn't necessary. If the ability were targeted by itself that'd be one thing, but since it requires two abilities to get the pseudo-target and the damage and heal aren't too high to begin with, it's fine not losing power as it travels.

E - Sets up an interesting dynamic with his Q. You either Q first to make the E easier to land, or you E first to set up the Q bounce and get a stun off with the E. The damage looks fair considering it's over 5 seconds and the enemy is likely to leave the area before the aura is finished. Maybe you could even bump the damage to 20-60 depending on rank. I'm unsure if the attack speed nerf is necessary, but it's thematic so it's up to you. I'd suggest making the EQ interaction convert the snare to a stun if the Q hits a snared enemy.

Reactivation doesn't need a mana cost. Reactivating abilities usually have no second mana cost.

R - It's an interesting idea, but I'm not entirely sure it fits with the rest of his kit. He seems to focus on harassing and helping his allies from afar, so an ability that lets him get in close and blast enemies seems a bit at-odds, at least with how short ranged it is. That said, this lets him to in to help allies even if other things are in his way, so it can work.

Overall, this is definitely a stronger kit than last month. I can definitely see him being potent in bot lane with a champ like Lucian or Draven that can hold their own, as he can lay down some damage of his own while helping his lane ally at the same time. Kinda similar to Nami but with some differences. His range isn't too high and his damage isn't overwhelming, so dedicated poke supports could outdamage him, and kill lane tanks can still just run him and his adc over.

I can see an issue with the Ult being able to move freely through walls and structures. As much fun as that sounds, it would cause a major clipping issue if you ended the ability's duration amidst the interior of a structure. Kassadin, Ezreal, and Shaco all had very horrific glitches where they could get caught in the mesh of the walls in jungle at some point or another, and I feel that the environmental collisions couldn't handle that ability in much the same way. It would be especially problematic if champs like Maokai or Braum were to W onto you before popping ult. It could potentially trap either you, allies, or enemies inside of walls, and that's no good.

Other than that, it being a buffed cleanse with invulnerability has a perfect duration (2 seconds), but it might need a higher CD to not butt heads with some of the other invulnerability ults in the game - since this ability has additional components, including a burst AoE.

Holy. Shit.

This is an amazing idea! I think the numbers are way overtuned, and the kit is very centric on his passive.

His R would make more sense as a dash of a sort, kinda like Aurelion's E, but invulnerable.

His allies getting a buff would cause lots of playmaking, but would definitely feel overloaded.

All in all, great idea, but I think it would be very hard to make and to learn!
