As you know you can buy boosts for an ARAM game, why not allow that for players to spend IP or blue essence to get them too, of corse the changes in boosting IP received for the game by change for the spender yes but it allows more spending for IP for even max champion count players. There are not many other ways, even if the store is open to buying skins with old IP for the short time it will be when the main changes, the update converting many features in the game happens. (converting IP to Blue Essence), (converting Runes and masteries into one combined feature). With that all in mind what happens after the champions build up currency from playing games being iP, or blue essence? They need to have a way to spend it on something to keep it interesting and not be a waste to them. Please let me know what you think, good or bad I would like to get some opinions on the idea. Thank you

1 reason is because if you 5 man it as a premade, lets say you have 500k ip and your freinds are new to the game, you can keep on ip boosting them with your ip so after about 20 games they will have enough to get a 6300 champ

Yes but just like a normal game, ARAM with boost is about 150 IP give or take. When playing normal summoners rift you can earn around that when you win as well. Most of the to game modes take around the same time so overall they couldn't really jump ahead of the game because like every game you play, you have a 50/50 chance of winning or losing.

You already mentioned Riot's solution to that: the Blue Essence store thing. They've said they plan to open it every so often (annually?) so that players with excess IP/BE/currency have something to spend it on.
