ARAM players

As you know you can buy boosts for an ARAM game, why not allow that for players to spend IP or blue essence to get them too, of corse the changes in boosting IP received for the game by change for the spender yes but it allows more spending for IP for even max champion count players. There are not many other ways, even if the store is open to buying skins with old IP for the short time it will be when the main changes, the update converting many features in the game happens. (converting IP to Blue Essence), (converting Runes and masteries into one combined feature). With that all in mind what happens after the champions build up currency from playing games being iP, or blue essence? They need to have a way to spend it on something to keep it interesting and not be a waste to them. Please let me know what you think, good or bad I would like to get some opinions on the idea.
