I haven't seen a whole lot of Neeko's model tbh, but holy shit that looks gorgeous. I think that would be more of an 'infernal' skin rather than a 'lunar revel' skin, but I think the art itself is amazing, well done.

I love the overall design, but Neeko's tail fits more in line with the infernal line. The colors are great, but it needs to feel unified with the rest of your chosen outfit. I especially enjoy the bells and the fan :)

If you want more of a Lunar Revel feel, you could make her tail jade with gold details. Or just put a little jade here and there in general. I know not all Lunar Revel have jade on them, but I feel like it would help this particular skin stand out from, as the others say, Infernal.
