A question for Riot Dev Pods

1 - How do you develop an idea as a single person to present it to others? and 2 - When I develop ideas in my head I come across a fork in the road of its creation, left or right? I know full well there will be dozens of others choices no matter what I pick in the beginning, but I get worried I will miss an idea if I do not take time to travel with every idea. The problem is I don't always have another person to curb the conversation or focus me on the end goal. Having the team of Rioters, is probably a huge help to this issue.

3 - Many times I can find myself with one opinion and have no clue how to base that opinion, I have no base line to compare it to. What are some of the things Rioters do to make sure they make the best content? Seeing as how you can never make everyone happy.
