A yordle that is manaless isn't lore friendly mister.

I really don't like how Ugal's passive only functions with one ability - Battle Cry - and seems rather overpowered when combined with the Damage Reduction. Hatchet Toss is fine. Blink of Faith is absolutely ridiculous. A 1250-range blink on anything less than an ultimate cooldown is completely unacceptable. To compare, Ezreal's blink has a range of 750. What's more, the concept of a blink itself does not fit with what the rest of his kit is telling me. A Yordle knight that can teleport long distances rapidly? What.

Strength in Numbers is also ridiculously overpowered. On top of being a better pre-rework Taric ult, that one ability DOUBLES the health of his ENTIRE TEAM for TEN SECONDS. I don't need to say anything more on this.
