When will Rammus get a new skin?

Okay, so I've been playing league since the whole Twisted Fate vs Graves vs Gangplank Bilgewater event. My first Champion was Miss Fortune, but my favorite champion quickly became Rammus. Since then I've seen a slew of new champs and skins, But nothing but a small re work for Rammus (which I loved and hated) I thought since Rammus hit the metta near the end of last season he might get a new skin, but, sadly, I have seen or heard nothing. When will the Fastest Hedgehog get a new skin??
