Stohm - [Demacian Support] (Champion Concept)
__His kit is revolves around manipulating ally positions, and creating obstacles for enemies whilst keeping his allies at arms reach of the enemy team's destruction.
Insiprations for his kit:

His character is overly righteous. He is Demacian. He Wields a Greathammer. His Presence bothers Garen. Dresses like Braum but is somewhat his rival. He's like Taric, but less frilly and Quinn loves it. He wears a belt called Truce that intakes "negativity."
Stohm pronounced "Sta-arm" - "Star- ARM". He is a Demacian SUPPORT.
His Passive is - **Stoicism ** _After taking 3 attacks he gains Stoicism. Grants him reduced magic damage for 2 seconds. His walking animation changes into an impressionable walk (same movement speed) _ 1 stack = 10% dmg reduction from next spell 2 stack = 25% dmg reduction from next spell 3 stack = 50% dmg reduction from next spell
**Q - Vice ** (The cooldown of this skill is reduced each time a stack of Stoic is gained)
Targets an ally, and pulls one random negative effect from them. this ally gains stoicism for 3 seconds.
The negative effect gets transferred to his belt **Truce **as a stack
If targeted on an ally with no negative effect they are healed instead by a percentage of Stohm's current hp.
If an ally is already under Vice, They instead emit energy dealing damage to nearby enemies
**W - Truce ** Truce is Stohm's belt. It's passive is a mechanic that works from charges
Passive - Holds charges up to a maximum of 3/5/8 charges. Increases as he levels.
Active - Once at least 3 charges are collected fires a ray of light from his belt dealing magic damage and slowing enemies facing him.
**E - **Mighty Smite (Similar to
's ult but for allies only. A very short distance comparatively)
Stohm swings his greathammer striking the floor and knocking up enemies around him Nearby allies are propelled in the direction they are running.
R - Stohm's Gate (Gates stay on the field for 6 seconds)
Passive - if this skill blocks an enemy skill he can cast it again with increased range. Each re-cast of this skill cost additional mana.
Stohm hurls his harmmer to a target location dealing magic damage on impact and creating a wall that reduces damage.
Allies attacks that go through this wall have increased damage. (Like
's skill but for allies.)
ults into a gate. It is amplified. Dealing more damage when it reaches its destination.
If another gate is set up after the first, then the amplified damaged is once again amplified.
