Eve Invisibility

Eve can go invisible while under the Effect of Frost etc?

That seems a little op, considering you cant recall if you are affected by poision, ignite, burn etc. or twitch cant go invis unless he hasnt taken damage for a while.

We just had an eve who constantly was going invis, no matter if we applied burn, slow, frost etc.
