New champion idea

what my champ idea is Hikaru the Guardian of light and darkness (support,mage type champion). He would be a melee type champ and his skills would be Ray of Hope (Q) and this would cure all negative effects placed on an allied champ who it is casted on. His (W) would be Seal of Darkness and this would stun the enemy champion by rooting their them to the ground with a shadow (would be used like ryze stun). His (E) would be Light and darkness converge and this would be a skill shot that would shoot from his sword in like a combination of both light and darkness that would create a whirlwind that sucks an enemy champion in. For the last of his skill his ultimate would be Convergence and this would create a shock through the ground that would follow its target and stun them once hit this shock would be like a white and black color and is kinda like lightning going through the ground to find its target. Hikaru's design: he would be clothed in black and white with wings of and angel on one half and wings of a demon on the other half (signifies evil and light or as others would say hope), he would be clad in black and white (like u didnt see that coming) and with 2 swords one with an aura of darkness coming off 1 and 1 with an aura of light coming off of the other. This champ would mostly be based off AP. This is my champion i thought up i mean its not great but it i think its good and thats kinda all that matters to me so yea thats it
