I think we should bring some love to energy based champions. Those with mana get increased mana pools without items from runes but energy champions are left in the dirt to snowball without an increase in energy supply. Letz bring some love in to those assassins that carry us.
yet energy base champs have stupid energy regen that beats any mana regen you can get
but why not include rumble and his heat element resource, gnar, and gator, tryn and dragon lady with furry?

So champions that use Fury are already hard to fight when their fury bars are up right? Well let's make them hard to fight all the time.
