( Champ concept ) Morbus the plague

Morbus used to be a small harmless virus just wanting to exist and reproduce ad most viruses do, he would infect a being reproduce and start over again. Until one day when a scientist tired of restrictions of Piltover traveled to Zuan to complete his experiments.

He was soon found out and he was denied research matterials and forced away from the scientific community considered a cancer among them. Enraged the scientist traveled to his workshop if they cant appreciate him and his work theyll soon come to fear it. The scientist capture a sample of Morbus and begun his work mutating Morbus with every known disease in order to make a super virus.

The scientist worked days on end many sleepless nights came and gone when with all these augmentations and changes Morbus became sentient. Morbus only knowing of what his purpose was continued to be changed and mutated and soon he became the most lethal virus Runeterra had ever seen.

The Scientists work completed , he tested Morbus on livestock killing animals in minutes though through an agonizing death. The scientist community soon caught word a someone making a super virus and sent a strike team to find and destroy the virus... they never returned. Piltover soon went into lock down no one was allowed in or out of Zuan, the scientists soon realized they couldnt stay like this forever and sent down many soldiers and scientists to find the virus.

Many high tension days passed when a team found the laboratory with the angry and deranged scientist it took hours in a standoff before the police rushed in and attempted to restrain the scientist, even in his weakened tired state the scientist was determined and strong taking multiple officers to hold him down before dying shortly afterward from exuastion and starvation.

The police attempted to find Morbus but all they found was a broken glass vase next to a vent , Morbus will carry out his purpose and no one will be left in his wake.

Passive The Sickness Every attack and or ability will apply stacks of The Sickness. Each stack applies a damage over time scaling with 35/38/45/49% of ap. At 10 stacks the victim will periodically send out strains of the virus to nearby enemy champions/minions/monsters. If 3 or more nearby enemy unit has the sickness the Virus will slow all target and deals 10% health damage as AP. If the unit is not attacked for several seconds stacks start to decay.

Q Spread Morbus infects an area dealing magic damage over time. If an enemy unit stays in the area for 3 seconds it immediately grants the enemy unit 5 stacks of The sickness.

Cool Down 15/12/10/9/8 Mana cost 50/55/64/72/75

W: I am everywhere Morbus marks the target enemy champion as a host his next auto attack will make Morbus untargetable and jumps onto the Host draining the Hosts health for 6/9/10/11 seconds before jumping out.

E Super virus

Passive Morbus adapts to anything trying to kill him. When Morbus is damage by a enemy spell he gains a 1% resistance up to a cap of 35% damage reduction to whatever damage type.

Active Morbus removes half of the resistances and gains it to whatever stat. Example if he was more magic damage dealt to him he will gain AP if he has more physical damage he will gain AD.

Cooldown 3/2.5/2.4/2.0/1.9 Active Mana cost 32/35/38/40/42

R My true purpose Morbus marks all nearby enemy champions as hosts. Apon activation Morbus will infect the victim with himself dealing magic damage over time apon second activation after five seconds if at least 2 enemy champions are near he can cast it a second time fearing them for 3 seconds and applying 10 stacks of The sickness. At the end of the ability Morbus can click on a effected champion and jump off them in a target direction.
