Passive - Jack of All Trades - Luminox can alter his base stats every 6 minutes into three categories: Offense grants 1-18 AD/AP, 5% MS Defense grants 5% Max HP, 1-18 Armor/MR Balance 2.5% MS and Max HP, 1-9 AD/AP/Armor/MR (50% of both specializations)

Q - Changes based on current specialization 15/14/13/12/11/10 second cooldown - 50/55/60/65/70/75 mana Offense - Luminox's next basic attack deals 15/30/45/60/75 (plus 50% of total AD/AP) Physical damage. Defense - Using his own stats Luminox grants an ally champion 10/15/20/25/30 (plus 5% of Armor/MR) and loses the same amount for 5 seconds. Balance - Passively has increased base stats by 5/10/15/20/25. Active - Deals magic damage equal to passive gain plus 10% of total AD/AP, and loses passive for the cooldown.

W - Changes based on current specialization 30 second CD - 75 mana Offense - Punches the ground sending a wave of energy dealing 50/60/70/80/90/100 (plus 25% of total AD/AP) magic damage, and half that in a small cone from the struck enemy. Defense - Using his own stats boost an ally champions AD and AP by 20% and lose that amount for the duration 5/6/7/8/9/10 second duration Balance - Ceates a medium area that increases ally champions stats by 10% lasting 6/7/8/9/10 seconds, and lose that much in return for the duration, and cannot benefit from the boost.

E - Changes based on current Specialization - 75/80/85/90/95/100 mana - 20 second CD Offense - Target an enemy champion, applying a 50% slow decaying over 5 seconds, and deal magic damage equal to 10/15/20/25/30% of your total AD/AP Defense - Using your own Move speed increase an ally champions Move Speed by 20%, reducing yours by the same amount over 3/4/5/6/7 seconds Balance - Passively increases your move speed and the slowest nearby ally champion by 5%. On activation this bonus doubles for 3/4/5/6/7 seconds, but the passive is lost while on cooldown

R - Changes Based on Specialization - 100 mana Offense/Defense CD 150/135/110 seconds, Balance 240 seconds Offense - Channels for 1.5 seconds, summoning a meteor to strike a large area in global reach, dealing 100/200/300 (plus 70% of total AD/AP) Physical damage, and dealing 50% bonus magic damage at the center. Defense - Target an ally champion, Granting them a shield equal to 30/40/50% of your max health and increases their Armor and Magic Resist by 30/40/50%, losing that much for the duration - 10 second duration Balance - Ultimate Sacrifice - Target a slain ally champion and sacrifice yourself, reviving them and taking their place in death, granting them full health plus 20% of your stats. You are placed on a 30 second revive timer

This champion is completely underpowered, and at the same time just a ball of stats. For example, his E in offense mode: only scaling 30% on a 20 second CD.
