Feiwal, The Element (Champion Concept)
The world is a beautiful place. Nature is a beautiful thing. The elements are beautiful as well. What makes all of these even more beautiful, is when it is untouched by man. Although the world is beautiful now. It was once even more beautiful. Man has tainted this world, fighting over land that does not belong to them, destroying forests for their own gain. I Feiwal must show them that the world is beautiful, but if provoked can be devastating.
Passive: Casting an ability changes Feiwal's element. Each Ability shares a cooldown with its 2nd element After Casting each element one time Feiwal's ultimate immediately comes off of cooldown.
Q: Feiwal throws a fire ball in a line all units hit Burn taking 20/40/60/80/100 (+90% AP) Over 5 Seconds
2nd Q: Feiwal throws a lightning bolt dealing 40/80/120/160/200 (+80%AP) Cooldown: 9/8.5/7.7/7/6.5 seconds Mana 60/70/80/90/100
W: Feiwal Summons Healing water. He drinks it Healing for 40/60/80/100/120 (+40%AP)
2nd W: Feiwal shields a himself with earth for 2/2.5/3/3.5/4 seconds equal to 50/90/130/170/210 (+50AP) Cooldown 18/17/16/15/14 Mana 100
E: Feiwal Freezes all enemies in a line rooting them for .25/.5./75./1/1.25 seconds
2nd E: Feiwal Creates a gust of wind pushing all units in a line backwards all units that hit a wall are stunned for 1 second. Cooldown 10 seconds Seconds Mana 70/80/90/110/120
R Feiwal Creates and enormous zone that lasts for 4/5/6 seconds. The type of zone depends on the last element he cast Cooldown 160/140/120 Seconds Mana 150
Fire: enemies burn for 1/2/3% (+1% Per 100) HP every second while in the zone.
Lightning: Enemies are shocked and 150/250/350 (60%AP) and are blinded inside the zone.
Water: All allies are heal for 1.5%/2.5%/3.5% Maximum health while in the zone.
Ice: All enemies are stunned for 1/1.5/2 seconds then are slowed by 40%/45%/50% while in the zone
Earth: Create unpassable terrain that grounds enemies for the duration of the zone.
Wind: All enemies are pulled to the center of the zone. Allies gain 30% Movement speed while in the zone.
