New Ability Concept

Just a thought that was sorta inspired by the Summoner Spell as well as the waterfall in Gringots Bank from the Harry Potter series.

Ability- Cleansing Wall/ Cleansing Field

Description- X Champion creates a wall that, once passed through, removes all champion granted buffs attached to an enemy champion.

Pros: This makes a certain gameplay interesting as it involves choosing to go through or to give up chasing. This especially counters a few champions with buffs for ultimates, like Mundo, Master Yi and Tryndamere. It could have a long cooldown, high mana cost, and even have a short set up time. Should also only work on one enemy champion, as the wall breaks/falls apart. Could maybe grant a speed boost to allies as they pass through too?

Cons: Could be frustrating as you try to chase down enemy only to be slowed as your speed buff is gone. Since shields also count as buffs, it may also make laning against this champion hard, as trading could end in your failure as he removes the shield without damaging you at all first. Also, this could get pretty buggy. Q-Q

Plain and simple; tell me what you think. Is this an idea you could go for in the League community? We've had plenty of other game changing spells introduced before in 2015, so why not go crazy with concepts this year?
