Passive: **Adrenaline Rush ** INNATE: Dr. Mundo passively regenerates (0.3% of his maximum health each second) . Dr. Mundo starts with a surgical knife that he can use on an ally. If used, every time Dr. Mundo deals damage, him and the ally heal for a % of damage dealt.

Q- Infected Cleaver: ACTIVE: Dr. Mundo hurls a cleaver in the target direction, dealing physical damage to the first enemy it hits,** applying on-hit effects** and slowing it by 30% for 2 seconds. [Changed damage type to physical, added on-hit and reduced slow to 30%]

W- Burning Agony: Mundo Smash TOGGLE: Dr. Mundo sets himself on fire, dealing magic damage to nearby enemies and gaining Tenacity. ACTIVE: Dr. Mundo leaps to a target location and knocks enemies back. No Damage.

E- Masochism Sadism: PASSIVE: Taking magic damage or paying a health cost increases Dr. Mundo's magic resistance by 2% for 2 seconds, stacking up to an amount. ACTIVE: Dr. Mundo gains bonus attack damage for 5 seconds, increased by 0% - 100% (based on missing health).

R- Sadism Operation PASSIVE: Dr. Mundo gains 40% movement speed when near an ally with low health. ACTIVE: Dr. Mundo channels as he operates and sacrifices his life to resuscitate an ally. [Dr. Mundo gets no added death count].

I kinda like that idea of an ultimate spell. Overall I'm not really big on this rework Idea though because essentially it turns dr mundo into a support, which is quite different from his identity right now of a carry super tank.
