There's gangplank in the background of arcade miss fortune skin does this mean that there's going to be an arcade gangplank skin??

Maybe Secret Boss Gangplank, but not part of the Arcade Creew, that's for sure.

Been wanting them to make an arcade based GP for years now. I mean, they went through the effort of putting M. Bison's symbol on his hat and they made his sleeves torn to resemble all of the shoto characters from Street Fighter, and in this case of GP being a villain, Akuma specifically. I don't see why they wouldn't make this skin. Other skins in the backgrounds of others have been made (I.E. every battlecast skin)
