Cant edit rune page bug during champ select [Client]

During champ select if your rune page to open to edit and your turn arrives yo pick your champion ,it shows the champions and the top line of the rune page screen and the close button of it, you cannot select your champion until you click the close button and after that you can no longer edit your runes when you click edit.

1. During champ select after showing who you want to pick and after banning click the edit button for runes and keep it open till your turn to pick arrives.
2. The top line and the close button of the rune edit tab stays but everything else disappears and you can see your champs to select but u cant select your champs or lock them in.
3. Click the close button (x), the line also disappears now you can select champs and lock in.
4. After locking in if you click the edit runes again, it will only show you the line and the close button.

Sorry no screenshot. Happened first game today and I didn't have time for another. I'm not sure if it happened 100% of time but this is wt happened to me today. I was picking Ekko.
