Custom Skin Maker

I would like to know why you do not support custom skins? I personally think it would be fun to have and would show diversity and creativity in the community, you maybe thinking that "if we implement this cool idea into league of legends how are we going to stop or prevent the vulgar skins. Well its simple have a contest! you maybe thinking "What does this 14 year old mean by contest, i mean have the community make skins hold a competition to vote for the top 10 skins and add them to the game for a price of RP or IP or maybe even free. Now i do not know if you are aware of the amazing website that has these skins ( Leaguecraft.com ) i personal would look at Cosmic Light Ekko for that is my favorite skin ( I main Ekko ☺ ) Please take this idea into consideration my email is [email protected] and i dont know if my user name is needed or if you can use my email to find it but its Woflace847. Please guys support this you know you want to see a custom skin maker and not have the hasle of you game crashing every minnuet plz support
