idea for an AD support (update)

i had made a previous post on this subject but it was new years and i had no sleep so my post was really sloppy and bad. after getting some sleep i was surprised at how bad it was. so this is the better updated version.

Passive – ?

Q (Rally) – (Insert name) raises his banner to rally nearby allies, giving himself and nearby allies’ increased Attack damage by 5/ 10/ 15/ 25/ 30 (+10% AD) for (1/ 2/ 3/ 4/ 5) seconds. Cool down 20 seconds. mana cost 40/ 50/ 60/ 70/ 80

W (Battle Cry) – (Insert name) lets out a mighty shout that stuns nearby enemies for (.5/ .75/ 1/ 1.25/ 1.5) seconds. Cool down 14/ 13/ 12/ 11/ 10 seconds. mana cost 70

E (charge) – (Insert name) issues a charge granting him and nearby allies bonus movement speed by (50%) for (2/ 3/ 4/ 5/ 6) seconds. Cool down 18/ 16/ 14/ 12/ 10 seconds mana cost 80

R (Challenge) – ?

i couldn't think of anything good for his ult and passive, please share some suggestions.

Just looking at a quick glimpse at this champion, and he seems extremely bland. He has two skills that aura based, and both of them who's aura is the only part of that skill. When you look at other aura-based champs, mainly Taric and Sona, their auras are built in with an effect. Sona grants an immediate effect, then grants an aura, while the main aura Taric grants is his ult, which also deals damage on activation. But that said, it wouldn't be awful to keep one of them, but having two would be boring to play and play against. It limits counter-play, as he just gives free buffs when needed, and then stuns. The brightside is that this champion is in the works, so we have a lot of wiggle room. And this is small, but his W needs a change. A 1.5 second AOE stun as a non-ulti is way too strong. Easy fix though, so not that worried about it. One change I thought about was changing to his Q to old Rally and having him place a banner that benefits everyone in it. This provides counter play be allowing enemies to not allow you to fight in it. Just one change I thought about on the spot, probably not the best idea though. One idea for an ultimate is,

He targets an enemy champion for (4-6?) seconds. During this time, that champion deals reduced damage to everyone his team except for himself. That champion deals additional damage to (insert name). At the end of the duration, if (insert name) is still alive, all damage he received will be dealt to the challenged champion at reduced percentage.

Just an interesting take, do whatever you want with your champion, have some creative liberties and most of all have fun! Hope you don't give up on this champion like I have on some of mine. With enough effort and dedication, maybe you could be the one to have Red implement one of our champion. Best of luck! ~MangoMudkips
