idea for an AD support

Now before i share my idea i would like to go over what i think are the pro and con of an AD support. first i will start with the con. if supporting an AD carry then it is going to be much easier for the enemy support to build against you especially if they are a tank. that's one of the good things about an AP support it keeps the lane more fair. Now for the pro of having an AD support. having an AD support opens up more options for builds. this is my first time designing a champion so please be honest and help me improve on this champion concept. also i have yet to think of a name for him so if anyone has any suggestions please leave a comment. without further adieu here he is.

Health – 563 Mana – 249 – 922 Melee Range – 125 Attack Damage – 50 – 92 Attack Speed - 0.651 (+0% – 46.8%) Armor – 30 – 89 Magic resist – 32.1 – 53.2 Movement Speed – 340

Passive – upon killing an enemy champion or earning an assist while one of (Insert name)’s abilities is active he is refunded half the mana cost of that ability.

Q (Rally) – (Insert name) raises his banner to rally nearby allies, giving himself and nearby allies’ increased Attack damage and magic damage by 5/ 15/ 30/ 50 (+15% AD) for (4/ 5/ 6/ 7) seconds. [(Insert name) gains increased health regeneration (300% base health regeneration) for the duration of the effect.] Cool down 20/ 18/ 16/ 14 seconds mana cost 85

W (Battle Cry) – (Insert name) lets out a mighty shout that enrages himself and nearby allies, granting them bonus armor and magic resist by 10/ 20/ 30/ 40 (+30% AD) for (3/ 4/ 5/ 6) seconds. [(Insert name) gains 40% life steal for the duration of the effect.] Cool down 20/ 18/ 16/ 14 seconds mana cost 70

E (charge) – (Insert name) issues a charge granting him and nearby allies bonus movement speed (+100) and attack speed (50%) for (3/ 4/ 5/ 6) seconds. [(Insert name)’s next auto attack does an additional 100% of his attack damage.] Cool down 18/ 16/ 14/ 12 seconds mana cost 50

R (Challenge) – (Insert name) issues a challenge against an enemy champion, that champion is taunted for 2/ 4/ 6/ 8 seconds does 60% less damage to (Insert name), while (Insert name) does 20% (+25% AD) increased damage to the enemy champion. Cool down 170/ 150/ 130/ 110 seconds mana cost 80/ 100/ 120/ 140

so supports usually use magical abilities to aid their allies which is why their moves usually scale with AP. so i got to thinking how could i make a champion that uses non magical abilities to aid their allies? i got the idea for this champion from gangplank's E ability, raise moral, and i thought that making a champion who used abilities like this to buff his allies would be really cool and would make sense as an AD champion. plus this champions moves go along with the way i envisioned him. ( i left a picture of what he would kind of look like.) this is not the finished work. i also have some other ideas for his abilities should some of these not work out. thank you.

Why are there 4 upgrades to his ult? Shouldn't it be 3? (I don't think he's like nid or Jayce)

That's a picture of a fighter from one of the Pathfinder books.

The problem with having an AD support is that AD items have pretty expensive build paths, he would either need to scale like a ranged AD(he doesn't have the kit for it), or have high enough base damage to be effective with penetration items, which would make him more suited as a fighter. The buffs he offers are pretty high, but the mana gating is pretty intense as well, definitely an all or nothing champion, and also has the feast or famine problem, which hits supports harder than some other roles. 8 seconds is also way too long for any form of CC, especially targeted, even at max rank, not even nautilus has that much guaranteed CC.

I'm going to ignore the whole AD support thing, and instead bring up a different point about this champion.

Riot really doesn't like free stats. They solved this problem on Janna and Zilean by having their passives localized, but those are very minor buffs that those 2 champions carry around with them. What you're suggesting as localized ability auras on this guy, active or otherwise, are not only too strong, but don't offer any interesting counterplay. With just about every viable support in league right now, you have a skillshot that can be dodged: play/counterplay. This guy you're proposing just makes a battle cry or sticks a thing in the ground and says, "Here, be stronger. No risk, all reward." This guy's kit is definitely not fun or engaging for an opponent, and honestly, I don't think most people would have fun playing that champion. There's nothing exciting about him, except maybe that he has the potential to make his teammates way too strong during teamfights.

Sorry dude, there is no way this champion is going to work as you have him currently.
