What is the Best skin of these?

I am thinking of getting Hecarim but I want to know if he worth. Which skin do most of my fellow summoners prefer to spend RP on. I dont have any RP but would like to know before I consider purchase of champion. Arcade seems good concept and in game, but I kind of think that Reaper Hec would look nice. Pls tell me ur input thx!
