Windows 8.1 making me see spawn all the way! PLS HELP

I recently update to windows 8.1 today, and my screen ended up showing non-constant ping which flared up-down. My in-game was affected as i had to re-install Lol during a game as Skarner. I ended up dc/afk for 40 minutes and received 5 games of 10-minute penalty. Pls help me, as my eyes are turning crossed with this problem. Despite some chance of doing well, I would like some advice on how to fix this issue of Windows 8.1... Thx for reading pls reply if u had the same problem/ solution...
