Lux got Star Guardian + The skin update + Elementalist Lux. Money + Not so much job because skin ideas for her is something that never misses.

Annie, has 10, one of the most simplistic champions they've done.
Teemo, another fairly simple designed champ that has 9 skins.
So, uh no? They make plenty of skins for these simple champions.
Gailo, as mentioned above is in the middle of a VGU so they won't make a skin for him because of that. Not because "he wouldn't sell well"

Cosmic Star1 votesJust give up, you cannot prove that Riot make's the same money making skins for Ahri if they made a skin for Galio. ''Decent amount'' - multiply that for 20 and you will have the ''decent amount'' of people that play with Ahri and will by all of her skins.

DO you know why does Ahri had: -An animation (and she made part of other 2 animations with minor participation) -7 Skins -A statue -A lot of Easter eggs in her skins -2 log in screens animations (1 of them in Korea)
Galio had:´ -6 skins -1 Legendary skin that was made about 5 years ago (almost 6, back when Ahri did not exist, just like the majority of the champions) -oh and.....ups....nothinng, more
It's no need to prove anything, Ahri is Loved in Korea! Have you ever seen an Galio cosplay? Yap, none, Ahri cosplay? Well, at least 2 cosplay for each video that Riot releases showing cosplay. There is nothing to prove in here....use your brain tho, Galio is going to get a rework because how bad he is currently.
Edit: Do you ever see Galion Skins on sale? Nope...

Cosmic Star1 votesIt doesn't but Riot is currently working on remaking the statue with better quality and better price. Galio didn't even got a statue, nothing. I forgot to mention that Ahri has like 3 Posters on the Merchandise Website, and Galio? uhhh nothing at all.

Cosmic Star1 votesIt was not cancelled but freezed since they needed to push the quality higher and still keep a fairly low price. You are trying to get yourself victorious about Ahri getting her statue never released? Well, Galio doesn't have one, and it will never have until he gets reworked.

RcGjWO640w3 votesHow so? There are tons of female champions who are regular humans. Ahri has the added detriment of her tail armature in her animations. The reason Ahri gets so many skins is because all of her skins consistently sell well. Tons of people play Ahri and tons of those people, including me, buy skins for her.
This is also why you don't see many Urgot, Galio or Sion skins. Those skins don't sell as well.
Riot is a BUSINESS at the end of the day, so maximizing your profit margin is kind of a necessary step.

Sukishoo3 votesAnnie. Simplest champion design in game, most skins (currently 10). So, they sell well yes but they are also simplistic champions (and Annie's for instance her last skin cannot be bought, has to be earned)
It's why champions like 
haven't gotten more skins yet as they are a bit more complex to build.

Sukishoo2 votesAnnie isn't that popular. She has 5.68% Play rate which is decent to say the least but say vs the top champion who is Lee sin at 33.49% play rate. Yet he only has 7 skins and she still has 10. So popularity isn't the thing here for how these skins were made.
