An idea to take the power away from trolls(maybe)

Ok trolls in champ select have so much power even now, they can take your champ, role or worse, both. and your only option is to either play with them and lose a fat chunk of lp, or dodge and lose a smaller amount of lp or possibly a promo series and a wait timer that increases. An idea i had is make it like afking, dodge once no biggy, just a warning, next time you get the queue timer and a little lp, and the next time its the ability to make it count as a promo loss and all the other penalties. Just an idea to to take steps in the right direction to fighting the plight of trolls in the league community.
