Since PROJECT: Ashe was released, I am wondering about what would PROJECT: Ashe says when the event 'Battle for Freljord' begins, I got my answer a few days ago, but it makes me curious about why would PROJECT: Ashe has no any special quotes towards the event. Can anyone answer my questions and someone who may curious about the same question.

probably because there isn't a program/project sejuani and they might update it when one is released
