Champion concept: Elisande, the pulsefire

After elementalist lux, kayn was released share the similar features with her transformation (damaging an enemy champion to get charges). I wonder can a champion share similar features with GGMF. Therefore, I have such a champion concept.

Background of Elisande: Leader of the chrono-law enforcer, boss of caitlyn. Realising that there are too many criminals, she decides join the league to assist Caitlyn.

Passive: Weapon master Elisande can switch her weapons when she is the base, each different weapons have their own pros and cons. A pair handguns: default weapon, having mid attack range ( around 575) and gives Elisande extra movement speed 3% after each basic attack

Machine gun: Basic attack shots 4 extra barrages (similar to lulu), apply attack on hit effect and reduce enemy champion's 5% armor per shot (15% at most), blockable by any enemy units.

Rifle: Increase attack range but reduce attack speed, every sixth basic attack fires a projectile and deals 150% extra damage to all enemy it passes ( a comination of caitlyn's aa and Q)

Beam smart gun: Shortest attack range, basic attack with gain stacks, up to 100. When fully charged, next basic attack will bounce to all targets in range, dealing extra magic damage to all enemies(200% to champion)

Q: Charge and release 50 mana at all ranks cd: 8/7/6/5/4 First Cast: Elisande winds up for up to 2 seconds, increasing the bullet shot by up to 6 times while being slowed by 20% Second Cast: After a brief delay, Elisande releases her weapon, dealing physical damage to the first enemy hit, slowing them by 20% for 1 second, each weapon apply different effect: Handguns: charge and release modifies 40% of her damage into magic damage Machine guns: if the enemy has 15% armor reduction, charge and release deals 20% extra physical damage and increase slows effect by 10% Rifle: charge and release applies on her passive, allowing her bullets to deal damage to all enemy it passes Beam smartgun: If it is fully charged, it consumes all charges and bounce all bullets to all target in range

Releasing the ability within 0.5 seconds causes Elisande next basic attack within 3 seconds shoots twice, the second shot deals 50% extra physical damage, increased to 100% against minions. slowing enemies by 30% for 1 second. The basic attack will not apply weapons' effect

W: Chrono trap 10 mana ranks cd: 1 secs, 15secs per charge, up to 3 charges Placing a chrono sentinel on bush, providing the sight of the bush for 3mins, if the sentinel is destoryed by enemy champions, it will explode and slow down all enemies in range for 1 secs.

E : Evade 20 mana at all ranks cd: 15/14/13/12/11 Passive: A mirage is created, following Elisande tracks where she was 1 sec ago (similar to ekko's R) Active: Dash front and become untargetable for 1 sec, if there is any projectile hit her mirage, she gain 30% extra movement speed anx 10% extra attack speed for 1.5 secs( inspired from bayonetta's wotch time), if the projectile involves cc effect, her buff effect last longer, base on how long the duration is (i.e her mirrage is hit by morgana's level 5 Q, her buff last 3 seconds longer

R: Rapid fire 100 mana at all ranks cd: 120/115/110 Fully armed for 15 secs, gain 15% extra movement speed and attack speed, allowing her to switch weapons during activated. Starts cooldown after the buff is gone.

How would this champ fit in the game’s current lore? Technically in the game’s lore this champ wouldn’t fit as the Pulsefire line is in its own universe
