Summoner's Rift Night Time Mode Idea

I get that as a MOBA, the map of summoners rift should always remain the same to hold it's competitive value. However, have any of you wanted to see the Summoner's Rift at night? I think it would be very possible. All you would have to do is just make the sky dark with some cool stars and galaxies but just add torches along the lanes to keep vision balanced out.

I wish that we could have an option to select our own Summoner's Rift custom skin kinda like how they did with special events such as Star Guardian and Arcade.
