... isn't good enough!
It's a solid cosplay I'd say but the photo taken is rather boring. Front shot on eye level and looking straight at the camera makes ok results at most. Taking a photo slighty above the eyes/head makes the face a bit slimmer and accentuates the chin line. A shot from below makes it look bulkier.
The lighting makes it look kinda flat to add to it.

Does it matter if it's edited? Editing is common enough these days that you'd think people would expect it by now.
I think this cosplay is pretty, and the fact it was edited adds to it.
