I struggle to think of a Project skin that I wouldn't want...

But yes, this is sick. I especially love that this is from the field of view of what looks like a victim about to get Valor'd.

I'll be honest with you i love Quinn and i main her and i really want this skin but i think riot should rework her first because i think they can do so much more with her kit and ultimate.

Rework doesn't mean buffs it means changing the playstyle. Right now I think Quinn is a lot easier to play since before the rework and the "tag team" isn't really a tag team. I think Quinn's ultimate should be similar to Heimerdinger's ultimate where she can cast it and empower her next ability rather than Valor just being a Taxi.

Which literally makes no sense... need a lore update on how strong Valor is or something cause that's actuallly insane how he can do that. Also I don't think Skystrike is that unique to Quinn because it doesn't feel very... skillful or interactive, it'd be cool if they could make it more cool.

Back to your question, look at the Assassin reworks, non of them are really buffs but they change the playstyle.

Edit: On paper her ult sounds amazing but in game it's really lackluster and rarely noticeable.

Eh... I was never really that big a fan of the Project skin line. So... as a Quinn main, this would be cool, but there are plenty of other things I'd rather see first.

Heartseeker Quinn please, both her post releases are gritty and serious themes, she could really use a more playful/fun skin or something more beautiful and elegant as something like Order of the Lotus Karma Irelia or lunar goddess Diana would be wonderful and both things I'd rather see before another serious one, imo. I'd say some winter one, but I feel like too much overlap with woad.

Also If she's to get another serious skin I'd see War Kingdoms Quinn or something like Justicar/Arclight Quinn than project for her personally (while I do like the idea of it).

I just don't want her to be the next lux where she's doomed for her first 5 or 6 skins to all be gritty and serious skins.

How does this version of Valor fly? Assuming it's augmented with metal there is no way those faux feathers are gonna do the trick. She needs drone propellers or an exhaust booster.
