[Rework Concept] Twisted Fate

I feel Twisted Fate's kit lacks creativity and dynamic game play. So I'ma keep this short and sweet, I'm not going to bother with numbers for now.

Passive: Stacked Deck His current E is moved to his passive slot with slower scaling per level, but ends at the same amount at level 18

Q: Pick a Card Basically Combining his current Q and W. Twisted Fate cycles through 3 cards, Blue, Red, and Yellow. When recast again, he throws out the chosen card in a line a target direction. Blue is the fastest moving and longest range. Colliding with the first target hit, he regains a portion of his mana back. Red is the slowest, moving at the same speed as the current wild cards, and has medium range. It passes through enemies, slowing them, and exploding at the target location, or at the end of it's range, for extra damage. Yellow has a speed between Red and Blue, with the shortest range, traveling a distance of Twisted Fate's auto attack range. Stuns the first enemy stuck. All cards have and AD and AP scaling

W: Wild Card Twisted fate empowers and resets his next auto attack, dealing extra damage and extending the range. AD and AP scaling

E: Loaded Dice Twisted Fate jumps back a short distance, tossing his dice at his current location. The dice explode in a small cone, and blind enemies for 1 second. AP scaling

R: Destiny Stays the same.
